Description
Magicks.io transports players to a feudal era where magic is real and wizards roam. This 2D shooter io game offers a pseudo MMO experience where you can join or fight other mages. The core gameplay revolves around 7 elements: Light, Dark, Water, Fire, Earth, Psychic, and Void. Each element has unique spells and counters, encouraging strategic play. You start with one spell per element and learn more by gaining experience. The world is persistent, allowing you to shape the environment, build bases, and trade spell scrolls with others. Cross-platform support means you can play with friends on desktop and mobile devices.
To play, move your wizard using WASD or arrow keys. Left click to cast your current spell. Interact with objects by left clicking when no spell is selected. Press Enter to chat with other players. Clear your current spell with the Spacebar. Combine elements by pressing keys 1 through 7 to add Light, Dark, Water, Fire, Earth, Psychic, or Void to your spell. As you cast spells, you gain XP in that element, unlocking new spell scrolls. Experiment with different combinations to discover powerful effects and counter opponents.
Game features include an elemental counter system that rewards tactical thinking. Unique spells let you summon minions, defend with earth, or trick enemies with psychic magic. Base building allows you to create a wizard order and claim territory. Scroll trading helps you find spells you need by exchanging with other players. The game runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile browsers.
Why you will like it: The game combines strategic depth with quick action. Learning the elemental system is rewarding, and trading scrolls adds a social layer. Building a base with friends creates a sense of progression. It is a good choice for players who enjoy skill-based magic battles.
